Returns & Exchanges
CUSTOMERS IN EUROPEAN UNION
We offer a 14-day return and exchange policy to all of our products - we'll count the 14 days period from the day you have received the item. The cost of the return or exchange to the customer is limited to the return postage.
To return or exchange a product:
1. Send an email to email@example.com, and let us know which product you wish to return or exchange.
2. Pack the unused product that is fit for resale into a package that can be the original packaging or another packaging that will ship safely back to Finland.
Please note that the package must be sent with postage paid by the customer.

Remember to enclose shipping list or your contact details with the return or exchange!
If you return or exchange a product, you are responsible for the risk of possible damage to the product during the return.
3. We will refund to you as soon as possible, however, no later than 14 days from the moment the return was received.
Please note: In the case you have received a wrong or faulty item, please attach pictures of the item(s) and its package to your email. We will process your claim, and you will be contacted about the exchange or return as soon as possible.
CUSTOMERS IN FINLAND
The customer has 14 days to exchange or return the order. This is only valid for products that are still in an original unused condition and resalable.
Please use the cheapest return method offered by Posti. When you return products, pack the items well, take it to the Post Office and inform that it a return package. You don't need to pay any postage fees, as we have a contract with Posti. Use the address given below with the Customer code (Asiakastunnus) to get the postage for free!
We will not reclaim Cash on delivery packages.
Please add following details to the shipment or simply add the packing list:
- order number
- your name
- your address
- your phone number
Returns from Posti Office
You may return the package through Posti's own office - no matter how you received the package. If there is the original postage sticker on the package, Posti will do the necessary changes and ship the package with an alternated card. You may also go to the Posti office with the original sticker, but you will need the return code (656896).

Returns from Posti's Parcel Point
If the package was delivered to a Parcel Point, you may return the package through any Parcel Point with the same code, that you used to pick it up. Write your contact details on top of the package (name and phone number). The return address is not needed. Take the package to the Parcel Point and follow the instructions.
If you don't have the code anymore, you may return the package through Posti's own office.
